Telephone Numbers Submitted Through Our Website
Providing a telephone number through our website does not enroll you in SMS/text messaging and does not constitute consent to receive recurring or promotional text messages.
We do not send promotional SMS messages to telephone numbers collected solely through our website. Patients who wish to receive SMS communications from Dr. Mole PDX provide consent separately through our patient intake or communication-consent process.
Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use third-party service providers to assist us with business operations, including website hosting, scheduling, communications, and other administrative services. Such providers may process information as necessary to provide services on our behalf or as otherwise permitted or required by law. No mobile opt-in information or text message consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, safety, patients, or others.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms of Service
SMS communications are available to patients who separately consent to receive text messages from Dr. Mole PDX.
Depending on the type of consent provided, text messages may include:
New-patient paperwork reminders
Appointment reminders
Appointment confirmations
Appointment cancellation or rescheduling messages
Scheduling and other patient-service communications
Requests for feedback or Google reviews
Occasional discounts or promotional messages for patients who have separately consented to receive promotional SMS communications
Promotional text messages are not sent based solely on a telephone number provided through our website. Promotional SMS consent is obtained separately.
Consent to receive promotional SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving medical care, scheduling an appointment, or purchasing services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a text message. You may reply HELP for assistance. After opting out, you may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. You will not receive additional SMS messages unless you subsequently provide consent again. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS messages should not be used for emergencies or urgent medical concerns. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek appropriate emergency medical care.
SMS Consent and Privacy
Consent to receive SMS communications is collected separately from our public website contact forms and is maintained as part of our communication-consent records. SMS consent is specific to the types of communications for which the patient has opted in. Promotional SMS communications require separate consent. We do not sell SMS contact information or SMS consent records. No mobile opt-in information or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your Choices
You may contact us to request updates or corrections to your contact information or to change your communication preferences. You may withdraw consent to SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a text message.
