New patients of Dr. Fix must book an initial in-person consult for the Doctor to examine your skin and determine the appropriate treatment plan. A phone consult can be arranged for patients traveling long distances for treatment.

If you are an existing patient and missed your follow-up appointment, you can select a new appointment slot below. If you have an upcoming follow-up visit and need to re-schedule your appointment, please let us know via email, phone, or text that you wish to cancel your existing appointment. We can then help you rebook over the phone, or you can use this page to rebook your follow-up visit.
